howard university dental student ramy zamzam disappeared after thanksgiving. >> he is a normal guy. he has a 4.0 gpa. >> he is believed to be among the men arrested. authorities say he and four ends made contact with al qaeda through facebook. there are believed to of traveled to pakistan to get training but were reportedly turned away because they did not have anyone to vouched for them. >> there were mercenaries. they were there and they could have done anything. they have u.s. passports. >> a local police chief said officers found maps highlighting known terrorist hideouts. this supports their case. one of the man's mothers pass says this man is a victim caught

details. >> we have more of the nation's top executives that may soon be facing pay restrictions. today is the day that can feinberg is expected to release compensation limits for executives at six companies that have not paid back tarp funds. he set pay limits for the 25 highest paid executives in october, and that includes aig, citigroup,, and chrysler financial. bank of america is now off of that list because they pay back tarp money earlier this week. look at stock index to tears, indicating gains. investors positioned themselves. donald's was among the stocks that gained yesterday. there will start offering $1 and breakfast menu starting in january.

information. >> the alert coming from the associated press minutes ago saying these men will be deported and they are on their way home. it is not clear what circumstances they will face when they get here. we do know pakistani official said they tried to make contact with al qaeda or al qaeda groups through facebook. one official said they were mercenaries for jihad. the could have done anything. they had access to many points that others would not have had access to. they say they found maps highlighting some terror hideouts, an e-mail account, and a private telephone the supports their case. nonetheless, it appears they are headed home. family members say they're just regur guys. >> i think he has a 4.0 gpa.
